  • 4 slices whole‑grain bread
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 10–12 blackberries, cut in half

Directions

  1. Heat a medium skillet over low heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice mayo‑side‑down in skillet. Top with cheese and blackberries. Add second slice mayo‑side‑up.
  4. Cook 3–4 minutes per side, until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 slices whole‑grain bread
  • 8 oz sliced rotisserie‑style chicken breast
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • Prepared salad, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium‑low heat.
  2. Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. Place bread butter‑side‑down in skillet. Top with chicken, cheese, and apple slices. Top with another slice butter‑side‑up.
  3. Cook 2–3 minutes, flip, and cook 2–3 minutes more, or until cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from heat and cut in half. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
  5. Serve with prepared salad.
